Job summary: The Field Service Representative delivers expert on‑site technical support, system maintenance, and customer service for Trane Technologies’ HVAC products and solutions. This role plays a vital part in maximizing customer satisfaction,



optimizing equipment performance, and ensuring long‑term system reliability. As a Field Service Representative, you will support both customers and internal/external teams with technical guidance, troubleshooting expertise, and clear communication. You will also develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs designed to enhance technician capability, and elevate the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day technical support to customers, dealers, and internal/external teams via phone and onsite assistance as required.
- Communicate technical information clearly and provide recommendations to improve system performance and reliability.
- Communicate service bulletins, alerts, and technical updates in a timely manner.
- Conduct product performance investigations and document quality issues.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and repo
