Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you will lead complex projects from initiation to customer acceptance, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to specifications, and alignment with Dematic’s quality and safety standards. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage changes, and maintain close customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle. The role emphasizes cost, schedule, and risk control in a globally distributed environment, with opportunities to influence project execution at scale. You will work within a process-driven culture that values safety, performance, and continuous improvement.

- Lead projects with full accountability for budget, schedule, quality and EHS compliance
- Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams to meet timelines and quality targets within budget
- Serve as the primary contact for the customer throughout the project duration
- Manage contracts including changes and claims
- Plan and monitor scheduling, control, costs and cash flow with forecasts




- Conduct risk management and project status reporting
- Coordinate specification and procurement of equipment, products and services with relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with project management processes and policies
- University degree (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, or business administration with logistics specialization) or comparable qualification
- Strong cost, time, and quality awareness
- Experience in the logistics sector desirable
- Experience in a live environment coordinating break-in activities
- Good communication across functions and geographies
- Teamwork, change and problem-solving skills, analytical approach
- Constructive conflict management, high personal responsibility and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (~30%), driving license
- Fluency in English and local l
