**Summary**:
We are looking for a person to join our Finance team to help them develop the area. This is a full-time **temporary** position for one year. The position will report to the Finance Manager and our offices are in Cinisello, Balsamo. **Responsibilities**: - Control the bank reconciliation and credit insurance activities.
- Check expenses reports and time sheets.
- Preparation of the documentation for accounts reconciliation.
- Support the VAT declaration.
- Assist with the cost’s allocation.
- Preparation and presentation of the documentation needed for Verifica Trimestrale, Statutory reports and social expenses.
- Give support the sales and customer service team unlocking sales orders.
- Assist with the leasing company cars plans, company cellphones contracts and payroll duties.
- Support the inventory. **Requirements**: - Graduate in finance, economics or business management.
- 5+ years of experience in finance teams and knowledge of the Italian legislation and accounting principles.
- Fluent level of English.
- Analytical mindset and detailed oriented.
