We are proudly part of Japan Post — The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a country manager in Italy to lead our team. Some of the duties and responsibilities will include: - Build and run an industry-leading air cargo organization to achieve economies of scale
- Development of sustainable strategies for customers and sellers
- Responsible for the overall management of the air freight product organization
- Increase volume growth and profitability by working closely with sales and solution teams to retain the right customers
- Building and developing relations with foreign houses and developing common strategies
- Analyse and identify market trends and developments across the customer industries What you'll need to succeed: - Healthy understanding of numbers when dealing with analysis and statistics tools
- Solid IT knowledge & correspondingly professional handling of Internet media
- Well-founded MS-Office knowledge (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)




- Experienced handling of forwarding order handling programs, (preferably Cargo Wise)
- Security in conversation and correspondence, professional dealings with customers, service providers, authorities, employees and colleagues nationally and internationally, at all levels Driving licence (B or 3)
