**AVACANCY**:
**KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - FOXTEL ITALIA ROME** **Introduction :A** FoxTel Communications LTD is looking to employ a **Key Person** to fulfil this **Complex** role, for its newly deployed operations in Italy, in order to promote the business development of the company as well management of the increasing customer portfolio. The company with over 40 years of hotel service experience enjoys the best reputation Amongst hoteliers in the market. Our customers have received independent Awards based on guest experience and feedback from the technological solutions offered. **General Duties, including but NOT limited to**:

- Running and Management of the Italian office and Italian operations
- Promotion and Sales of company services in Italy
- Frequent Travelling to see customers and new projects
- Site Survey, Technical Preparation & help in preparation of proposals
- Support communication between customers, partners and FoxTel HQ team
- Deployment of Systems on site, coordination between customer and our technical teams, Project Management
- Support of our onsite technical teams ensuring new deployments and fault rectifications run smoothly
- Communication with company’s local regional partners and enhancement of b2b relationship
- Promotion of company good name, continuous care & support to retain it
- Business Development for the Italian region
- Communication with suppliers
- Cooperation with management to prepare Sales & Marketing material and plans
- Representing company in Promotion events - Expos local & abroad
- Attending corporate & customer meetings




- Full Understanding of the solutions and services following training and personal home study **MENTALITY & COMPANY CULTURE** Work for the good interest of the company Keen in Helping out & team play Deliver service 100% efficiently & confidently Feel and fit in the company culture Everybody working for a common target Follow management directions closely Understand the ever changing market environment & adopt as required **SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**: - 4 Years or more of work in corporate B2B sales and / or Project Management
- Excellent Italian in Language, excellent verbal and writing skills,
- Very good English language, Verbal and in writing
- Engineering Background **or** Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer **or** IT **or related Field**
- Very Good Technical understanding and analysis of Solutions Offered
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
- Excellent Use of Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio
- Punctuality, good administration
- Ability To blend In with Existing Teams
- Teamwork & initiative
- Self-Motivated & Keen to get the jobs done
- Efficiency, Stability & performance
- Requires Flexibility to work extra hours to support customer needs / project / sale

- Ability to drive Manual Car, Transit VAN size if needed
