**Reporting Line**: Head of Collections and E-commerce**Location**: Lisciano Niccone (PG)**Travel Required**: No We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic Collections and E-commerce team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business analysis and understanding of business processes, data interpretation, and project management. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions and improve processes in the Collections and E-commerce department.Main responsibilities and duties: - Data Analysis and Reporting- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyse relevant business data
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform strategic decisions;
- Develop, maintain, and present regular performance reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Project Management:
- Support project management activities by defining project scope, timing, objectives, and deliverables;
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones;
- Facilitate clear communication between project teams and stakeholders; continuously and promptly updating them on the developments, risks and results of each initiative.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies;
- Develop and recommend strategies to enhance business processes and systems**.** Skills and competencies required: - Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- 1/2 years of experience in similar corporate roles, or consulting;
- Strong values of integrity and ethical conduct;
- High-level discretion and privacy sensitivity;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI);
- Proactive, enthusiast, resilient to a fast-changing environment;
- Positive team member and trustworthy;
- Excellent use of IT programme and Microsoft suite;
- Advanced proficiency in Italian and English;
