In the Digital Product, Design & CRO team we are looking for a CRO Specialist endowed with a combination of imaginative thinking, technical acumen, interest in exploring user behaviour and able to elevate the overall digital experience of the MSC Cruises websites’ users.3+ years of proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization of websites or digital platforms, in A/B testing and Personalization tools, CMS and with analytics/user behaviour tools
- Monitor website performance and user feedback to identify improvements;
- Interpret data to provide actionable insights to optimize the conversion rate and user experience, by developing and executing a robust Conversion Rate Optimization strategy;
- Design and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns;
- Implement a monitoring plan and tracking findings, the applied changes and report results;
- Conduct in-depth CRO analyses and perform quantitative and qualitative research to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement;
- Monitor conversion funnels, identifying drop-off points and proposing solutions;
- Utilize heat maps, session recordings, and user surveys to gain deeper insights into user behaviour;
- Collaborate with stakeholders, such as UX/UI designers, product and content teams, to ensure the delivery cohesive messaging, seamless integration, and enhanced user experience;
- Analyse test results and translate research findings into actionable and data-driven UX and CRO recommendations, business requirements and website improvements;
