We are looking for a **Warehouse** **Support Associate Specialist** to help us ensure effective workflow by supporting our team in **Maranello (MO)** **YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE**: - Managing effective communication with customers to build long-term relationships;
- Verifying customers’ order accuracy and incoming products in the supply chain
- Communicating with Warehouse Supervisor and supporting warehouse activities;
- Cooperating with the Warehouse Supervisor in checking in drivers and storing materials in the warehouse;
- Providing support for the Warehouse by obtaining the required documentation for Quality Packets CoA’s, CoC’s and by producing Pack Lists;
- Overseeing and coordinating the daily transfer orders from the warehouse to the destination;
- Complying with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Quality standard, and Ethical code. **WHO YOU ARE**: - You have a High School diploma or equivalent;
- You may have experience in a warehouse support role;
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office;
- You have experience with SAP and WMS software;
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- You may have experience with customer service;
