Your Impact

As a legal advisor for Sales in France, you will provide support on day-to-day operations and commercial engagements while partnering with management to interpret contractual provisions, offer risk assessments, and deliver solutions that support business objectives. You will draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements to ensure all terms align with corporate strategy and protect the interests of the organization. By integrating AI tools into your workflow, you will conduct legal research, streamline document reviews,



and perform contract analysis with precision and speed. Additionally, you will coordinate the implementation of corporate legal policies to uphold standards of governance and compliance across regions. Finally, you will serve as a bridge between the legal department and internal team members, ensuring that legal processes remain scalable and adaptable to the evolving needs of the sales environment

Minimum Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law, preferably in France, (Bar admission) and native-level proficiency in French
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial and corporate law, obtained at a top law firm or a multinational corporate legal department.
- Track record of drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts independently in both French and English
- Fluency in French and English (additional European languages are a plus).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience negotiating technology or teleco
