As a modern and pragmatic consumer organization, on the one hand we keep on strengthening our private enforcement activities (coordinated class actions) against clear and unacceptable violations. On the other hand, we are also reinforcing our capacity to enter in collaboration with major global brands to raise standards, design better products and services, and enhance consumer empowerment. We are looking for a **Corporate Account** **Roles & responsibilities**: - Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with global corporate partners on a European global scale, identifying synergies that can create mutual value for both our organization and collaborating businesses.
- Business Development: Lead efforts to transform stakeholder engagement opportunities into B2B partnerships, aligning these collaborations with our focus on consumer protection and empowerment.
- Planning &Project; Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration across various functions within the Public Affairs department and other key departments. Provide regular updates on business development progress, analyze key performance indicators, and offer strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Consumer-Centric Approach: Ensure that all initiatives are grounded in a consumer protection and empowerment framework, aligning with the organization’s values. **About you**: - Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Law or Business Administration (master’s degree preferred).
- At least 3 years of international experience in business development, account management, or stakeholder engagement,



ideally within a consumer-focused environment and with a public affair understanding.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in global companies with focus in international market development; familiarity with market research and business needs analysis.
- Proven partnership management experience.
- Ability to build long term relationships through influence and negotiation.
- Experience in a consumer protection or advocacy framework is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional language skills are a plus.
