We're hiring a Customer Service Representative for maternity leave. **General Tasks**: - Management of communication within customers and Sales Managers supervised by the CS Manager;
- Order Management: daily order entry after checking the conditions of sale set out;
- Issuing the order confirmation: weekly check confirmed orders and communication of delays to customers;
- Requiring laboratory tests with reports and send the final report to the client and / or vendor;
- Entering samples requests;
- Supporting the finance department for payment reminders;
- Managing new projects in collaboration with other company departments;
- Reporting non-compliance: request samples and detailed information about the complaint, complaint registration if accepted, instructions for the customer, order placement and replacement credit note, sending closure of complaint to the customer;




- Managing customers’ questionnaires;
- OTIF: supporting the CS manager by checking cause of delays on a monthly basis. **Job experience/knowledge**: - Previous internship/experience in CS/sales
- Fluent English and Spanish/French (written and spoken) **Personal qualification profile**: - Excellent communication skills

- Quick responsiveness in managing requests
- Autonomy Contratto di lavoro: Tempo completo Retribuzione: €27.000,00 - €33.000,00 all'anno Benefit: - Buoni pasto Disponibilità: - Dal lunedì al venerdì Retribuzione supplementare: - Maggiorazione lavoro festivo
