We are recruiting a professional to join our **Corporate Tax Team** in **Bologna**, who will be involved in: - Analysis of issues related to domestic direct and indirect taxation and ongoing consultancy for corporations;
- Advisory on international tax matters (CFC, Black List, Permanent Establishment, Withholding tax, etc.);
- Analysis of the tax treatment of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions,



etc.);
- Tax due diligence; Tax compliance.
- Qualifications/Requirements_
- Master's degree in Law or Economics with a minimum grade of 100/110;
- Professional practice already started or qualification as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills;
- Good organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving ability;
- Flexibility and dynamism.
