As the **Internal Project Management Manager **you will directly lead the internal project and order management resources. You will be responsible, with your team, to develop and own projects landmark plans and manage the whole process in the plant from the release of bill of materials to shipment at a factory level, ensuring manufacturing lead-time commitment during quotation and on time execution in line with the project breakthrough plans. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**: - Manage the Internal Project Managers team and provide support during the quote to cash projects’ execution.
- Manage the Order Entry team and ensure speed and quality of order entry.
- Goals for the team are established and monitored, with necessary actions taken to address any issues or make improvements.
- Responsible for internal project and order management organization and individuals’ development.
- Ensure high quality internal and external communication for orders in execution.
- Interface and communicate with customers / sales offices to provide updates, turning points, and progress appropriately
- Support shipping department by facilitating the material collection
- Define the monthly & quarterly shipment priorities and plans working closely with Operations and Supply chain.
- Own the agreed execution plans and initiate appropriate proactive or corrective actions to meet the agreed landmark dates.Manage critical path and execution risk coordinating cross-functionally. **Who You Are**:

- Validated experience in project management
- Previous experience in demonstrating positive leadership in areas such as manufacturing and materials
- Fluent in Italian and EnglishSkilled in Microsoft Office **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**: - Demonstrated experience working effectively across functionally to develop and strengthen key business relationships
