**Program Duration**: March 2025 - September 2026 The **Amplifon Records Graduate Program** is a career accelerator designed to provide young talents with a permanent contract from day one. This **18-month program** includes **3 job rotations** and offers a unique opportunity to work **within the same department**, exploring various roles across departments such as **Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Procurement & Supply Chain, Marketing, Innovation & Technology, and Retail Excellence**. **Who Are We Looking For?** **The Journey**: - **12 Months - International Assignment**: After understanding the core of our company, you will spread Amplifon values globally by working in one of the 26 countries we operate in, based on your career path and area of development.
- **Graduation**: After 18 months, you will be ready to graduate and contribute to the company's growth by making a significant impact. We will guide you throughout the entire journey, encouraging you to discuss your development path at every step.




**Sounds Like the Place for You?** **To Apply, You Must**: - Have a master's degree with excellent grades achieved between March 2024 and June 2025.
- Have at least 6 months of working/internship experience.
- Have at least 6 months of international experience.
- Be fluent in English. **Nice to Have**: - Proficiency in one other foreign language.
