Our customers are the major players in cruise and car **Job Purpose/summary** Being part of QT&C; Department Team the Technical Specialist main purpose is to provide the technical support in all of the tasks in which the Team is involved. In particular this support will have the scope of enhancing the Auditing, Training and documental review activities. **Key responsibilities**
- Prepare and deliver Training for LSA and FFE Technicians and Supervisors working for BC Service Group,
- Prepare and execute internal audits aimed at verifying the adherence of job execution with company policies and regulatory environment,
- Periodically review the consistency of Company’s operational instructions, Check lists and the Service reports,
- Support the activities of BC Service Group academies in particular by preparing and delivering training to customers,
- Prepare and deliver Quality reports, update reporting systems, upload of certifications,
- Operationally support Quality and Environment consultants (updating documents,



collecting information/data from different departments, check of documents in view of audits)
- Participate in external Audits **Required qualification** Nautical High School Certificate or Bachelor's degree IMO STCW III/1 or equivalent Technical Competence Certification Train the Trainer certificate is a plus Advanced Fire Fighting training Proficiency in Survival Craft Certificate or equivalent Proficient spoken and written English **Required experience, technical** **Required qualification knowledge & skills**
- Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- At least 2 years previous experience in technical service training, for on board personnel or ashore Technicians and/or Mechanics.
- Willing to travel abroad minimum 30% of total annual working time
- Ability to interact, communicate effectively
