The Construction Trade Escort (CTE) will be responsible to escort and observe a maximum of 5 trade persons (TP) while conducting construction activity. The CTE will meet the (TP) at the entry gate, escort them to the work site and maintain observation of them and their work throughout the day. They will also return the TP to the entry gate ensuring departure from the facility. **Responsibilities**
- Maintain a line of sight of the work and the individuals and observation of the TP being escorted.
- Ensuring that all personnel and visitors follow security protocols, and that the site is safe and secure
- Reporting suspicious activity,



and conducting regular checks for potential risks
- Accompanying authorized personnel to and from construction sites
- Ensuring that only authorized personnel enter construction sites
- Coordinating with the security team and site manager, and communicating any concerns
- Maintaining records of daily activities, incidents, and breaches **Qualifications**
- Must be a US or Italian Citizen
- Able to work outside for extended periods of time
- Holds a valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail, excellent observational skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- The ability to challenge potential compromises and risks **Physical Requirements**
- Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, crawling or stretching
