Our CLient is a leading international Corporation, operating worldwide in the Aerospace sector. In order to strengthen their Financial and Controlling Department on multinational areas, they're looking for a BU Controlling Manager, based in Piemonte but with a full view on international FP&A; and Controlling tasks and teams. **Posizione**:
The searched Profile acts to support CFO / Business Line Controllers together with the BU Managers in an International environment. Main responsibilities and tasks: - Ensure reliability of all financial data of controlled perimeter in compliance with the Company rules and timetable;
- During program execution, coordinate the analysis, update and monitoring of the project’s financial components in cooperation with project management and other Finance departments;
- Cooperate on project initialization (reviewing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), allocating the total budget, implementing management tools and structuring management of risks and opportunities, defining the sales and margin recognition method;
- Measure and analyze the costs variances between actuals, forecasts, budget and baselines;
- Ensure forecasts and monitoring of revenues and cash flow;




- Coordinate and produce monthly consolidated project reports (Dashboard) and forecasts data package with major risks and opportunities identified;
- Provide monthly report to be present and discuss with the legal entity and JV Top Management;
- Lead a controllers team with a properly Leadership assuring coordination within other CFO departments. **Requisiti**: - Education: Bachelor´s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Experience : > 10 years
- Specific Knowledge : project controlling
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Financial Systems (i.e. SAP, Primavera)
- Presentation skills (Power Point)
- Fluent in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time respecting deadlines
- Pro-activity and time management
- Teamwork, positive flexible attitude and ability to deal with people as a team Manager
- Communication skills included public speaking in Italian and in English
- Adaptability, self-control, optimism, sociability, accountability, self-motivation, collaboration skills, patience, enthusiasm, confidence, and general professionalism
