Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring and maintaining installed systems and infrastructures to ensure optimal performance.
Assist in writing simple scripts to improve system efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Collaborate with the IT team on planning and improving information and support systems.




Provide initial assistance for troubleshooting technical issues under the guidance of senior IT staff. Requirements and Skills:
Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about:
Apple iOS & macOS
Google Workspace Suite
Microsoft 365
Interest in cloud platforms, such as Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud. Nice to Have:
Enthusiasm for technology and problem solving.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
