**BASIC FUNCTION** Contributes to Development of New Products / Technologies according to the Market requirements. **MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of: - Coating sample preparation
- Coating Application Tools
- Lab Instruments and Coating Validation Test Methods
- Able to help in problem solving with any issue related with technologies belonging to her/his competencies area
- Able to perform calibration of Lab Instruments following the calibration plan agreed with Metrology and reporting any abnormality
- Maintains clear and detailed records and documentation of all activities done supporting her/his direct report to update PMP and specific Database and Trackers
- Must take responsibility for her/his actions, demonstrate ownership and initiative and drive through accomplished tasks
- Must effectively work with others in team and encourage teamwork.
- Must be compliant with Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality protocols in all activities performed in the lab in accordance with business requirements and local regulations, following the DPI matrix and maintaining a clean work environment as established by 5S procedures. **LEADERSHIP CHARACTERISTICS**: - Customer focused culture: Customer orientation and innovation
