Are you up for the challenge? **Position Overview** **Key responsibilities**: - ** Content Marketing Strategy & Execution**: - Develop and execute content strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure all materials are consistent in voice, style, and branding.
- ** Customer Journey Design**: - Map and analyze customer journeys, identifying key touchpoints to enhance the customer experience.
- Create and implement content strategies tailored to specific stages of the customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions through the funnel.
- Leverage analytics to assess journey effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- ** HubSpot Expertise**: - Monitor and report on campaign performance using HubSpot analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement.




- ** Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination**: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align on strategies and share insights.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, writers, and other creative resources to deliver on content initiatives.
- ** Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment**: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Maintain agility in shifting priorities based on evolving business needs and market conditions.
- ** Strategy-to-Execution Vision**: - Think holistically about marketing strategies, understanding how individual components fit into the larger picture.
- Translate high-level goals into actionable tasks and measurable outcomes. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and the creation of corresponding content strategies.
- Proficiency in HubSpot (certifications are a plus).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
