**My English School (MyES)** was founded in Italy in 2011 and has since expanded to over **60 locations across Italy, France and Spain**. MyES is an **innovative English language school**, offering a personalized learning experience that combines **theoretical lessons, practical sessions, conversation-based learning, and engaging events**—all supported by **cutting-edge technology**. We are currently looking for experienced and aspiring teachers already based in **Modena** and the surrounding area to join our growing team. **You would be responsible for**
- Teaching small group / individual lessons for kids, teens, adults and business
- Regular testing of students
- Writing accurate and timely updates on student progress
- Creating and (eventually) leading extracurricular events and clubs
- Attending team meetings **Essential requirements**
- A native level of English (C2 proficiency)
- A driving license and own transportation (preferred)
- CELTA, TEFL or equivalent
- Legal right to work in Italy
- Excellent organisational skills and precision
- Enthusiasm, teamwork and a willingness to lend a hand when necessary
- Attention to detail
- Professionalism, punctuality and interpersonal respect **Preferred**




- Any prior experience in teaching, tutoring, coaching or mentoring
- Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for working with all learners and in particular, with young learners
- Work experience in the hospitality, service or creative industries
- A passion for something that you could share with the students
- An ability to speak in front of a group and think on your feet **What we offer**
