**Director of Studies - My English School Parma** **My English School (MyES)** was founded in Italy in 2011 and has since expanded to over **60 locations across Italy, France and Spain**. MyES is an **innovative English language school**, offering a personalized learning experience that combines **theoretical lessons, practical sessions, conversation-based learning, and engaging events**—all supported by **cutting-edge technology**. **Main Responsibilities**: - **Lead & manage the teaching team** - Recruit, train, and develop teachers to ensure high teaching standards.
- **Oversee didactic quality** - Act as the **academic reference point** for students and staff, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience.
- **Manage schedules & school activities** - Plan and coordinate timetables, events, and company courses to optimize efficiency.
- **Support student progress** - Conduct **level testing, didactic appointments**, and ensure high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.
- **Collaborate with school leadership** - Work closely with the **Center Director** to align academic and business objectives. **Required Qualifications**: - **CELTA/TEFL/TESOL (or equivalent)
certification**.
- **At least 3 years of teaching experience**.
- **Native equivalent level of English (C2-level English proficiency)**: - **Strong leadership & communication skills**.
- **Ability to use digital learning tools & school IT systems**.
- **Full Italian driving license**.
