Develop and execute the sourcing plan of Projects within the assigned Region;- Manage the Project sourcing plan guaranteeing compliance with budget, timing, contractual requirements;- Manage complex contractual negotiations, ensuring, with the support of the legal department, the proper flowing down of the main contract provisions;- Implement purchasing procedures and processes;- Identify saving and improvement opportunities in terms of costs, process, quality, service, etc. possibly introducing new ways of thinking and approaches looking also at synergies across the Region;- Promote Purchasing early involvement and support Strategic Tender purchasing team in the negotiation of Pre-Bid Agreements;- Scout the market to expand Suppliers basis for strategic commodities; We are looking for a Project Buyer with the following skills and motivations:
- Previous experience of 2-3 years within Purchasing function;- Solid professional experience developed into multinational companies;- Determined, enthusiast and committed to manage complexity and challenges;- Excellent team building attitude;- Good communication skills and strategic mindset;- Proficiency in English, French and/or German language is a plus;- Familiar with SAP system.
