Hyatt Regency Rome Central is seeking an experienced and reliable Night Manager to join our pre-opening team. The role will report to the Front Office Manager. Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a contemporary 5 star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italy’s most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences. The hotel is also featuring a SPA, 5 food & beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues. **Main duties and responsibilities**: - Oversee all hotel operations during the night, ensuring smooth running of all departments.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests and team members during the night shift.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed, conducting regular property walks and inspections.
- Prepare detailed shift reports for senior management, highlighting key events, incidents, and guest feedback.
- Ensure VIP guests receive personalized service and attention during the night shift.
- Processing payments including room charges, debit and credit, cash and cheques in accordance with established procedures.
- Checking guests in, out and managing any wake-up call requests.




- Answering phones and dealing with overnight guest queries.
- Running night audit property management systems or manual equivalents.
- Performing other duties such as concierge services and special guest requests.
- Responsible for all hotel operations during the night. **Skills and requirements**: - Previous experience as Night Manager or in a supervisory role within Front Office in a lifestyle hotel.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, front desk procedures, and night audit processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays. **What we offer**
