You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and cohesive store environments that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that all visual elements align with our brand standards and marketing strategies.




Your Impact- Develop and implement store design concepts that reflect the brand’s identity and enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure visual merchandising strategies are effectively executed.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of visual displays, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with current promotions and seasonal themes.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising standards and provide feedback for improvements.
- Manage the production and procurement of visual merchandising materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
About YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.What you should bring:
- 3- 5 years of experience in store design, visual merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar tools.
