Supply Quality Manager **Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist local unit in developing the necessary capabilities to effectively control products and systems. Each day, you will ensure compliance with internal, customer, and industry requirements within a cost-effective and safe working environment. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite. This role is contributing to the Electrification - Smart Building Division, factory in Santa Palomba (RM). You will be mainly accountable for: - Defining quality requirements, quality gates and the process control plan. - Designing Quality tools to perform incoming inspections. - Defining quality procedures and being responsible for quality trainings. - Supporting the definition and implementation of actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, quality and productivity in the value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working environment within the local business.



- Leading quality operation on a specific product family: continuous improvement both on process and product, coordinating quality activities in production focused on achieving business target within quality. - Managing non-conformity issues: cooperating closely with other business functions and leading RCA according to DMAIC approach. - Being responsible to manage quality data and metrics according ABB standards. **Qualifications for the role**: - Possess an enhanced knowledge of Statistical Analysis and statistical software (i.e. Minitab). Knowledge of lean six sigma methodology will be considered a plus.

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
