**Job Description** What will you take care of?** The person will mainly be responsible for the following activities: - Recording invoices in the Apache and SAP management systems;
- Performing internal controls (so-called Detective Controls) in the areas of Bill2Cash, Fixed Assets, Accounting, and Payment Transactions;
- Supporting activities related to the calculation of direct taxes;
- Assisting in the preparation of periodic tax forms (e.g., CU, Model 770, Intrastat, Conai, and other supporting documents) and substitute archiving (invoices, warehouse registers, and other fiscally relevant documentation);




- Periodically updating the main reference procedures of the department;
- Supporting year-end activities related to warehouse inventories and inventory book printing. **Qualifications** Education**: You are graduated in Economics or similar. **Experience and know-how**: You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel.
You are skilled with the main accounting software and databases (particularly APACHE and SAP). **️ Languages**: You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian. **‍ Soft Skills**: The profile is completed by: organizational autonomy, flexibility, respect for deadlines, ability to summarize and present arguments effectively, and excellent analytical skills.
