We are looking for a Telemarketing Specialist for sales in Italy. **Work Mode**: Remote / Hybrid **Your responsibilities will include**: - Client Research: Identify and contact potential clients in the Italian market
- Make outbound calls: to potential customers to promote our products or services
- Sales Proposal Generation: Ability to convert prospects into actual clients
- Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to generate leads and boost sales
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Present products and services to potential and existing customers,
tailoring the pitch to each client's specific needs

**Educational Background**: - University degree
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service **Languages**: - Italian: Native level
- English: Intermediate level, both spoken and written
- Other: Additional languages are a plus **Experience and Skills**: - Sales Techniques: Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques, preferably in a B2B environment
- Digital Skills: Experience with CRM tools, online sales platforms, and office software
- Customer Orientation: Empathetic and customer-focused approach, ability to identify customer priorities and understand their needs by offering the right solution
- Organization and Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
