We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the development of a new electro-mechanical medical device. In this position, you will work directly with customers and collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions for high-volume production. Key Responsibilities Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to complete the mechanical design of a new electro-mechanical medical device. Interface directly with customers to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment throughout development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including New Product Introduction (NPI), Industrial Design, Electrical Engineering, Testing, and Manufacturing. Deliver time- and cost-effective design solutions aligned with project objectives. Produce high-quality technical documentation supported by simulations and laboratory testing. Investigate emerging technologies and industry trends in close collaboration with vendors and suppliers. Participate actively in design reviews and technical decision-making processes. Develop and execute robust measurement and control strategies for high-volume manufacturing. Support prototyping activities and production of test samples.
