MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **French and German Speaking Agent**to join our team in Rome.
- Answering customers inquires via ticket system or phone calls;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups; **Qualifications**
We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results.
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office;
- Fluent level of Italian, French and German (English is a plus);
- Previous experience in contact with customers is a plus;
- Great problem-solving and communication skills;
- Experience of planning complex schedules of activities. If you can demonstrate that you are customer focused and have the ability to communicate effectively, we would like to hear from you!
