W&H; Sterilization is a global player in the medical market. We are part of W&H; Group, one of the leading manufacturers of dental transmission instruments & devices in the world, with 1300+ employees and products sold in over 130 countries.
We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Industrial Designer to join our growing Design Office in Italy.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATES
**Sculpting & Modeling knowledge**: expertise in software such as Solidworks or similar parametric/hybrid modelers.
**Texture Design passion**: understanding of its use to enhance product interest and performance.
**Lighting Design enthusiasm**: understanding of its importance for the users.
**KeyShot skills**: to create awesome key visuals and renderings.
**Proficiency in other design tools**: especially Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
**Teamwork & Organization attitude**: strong, with excellent organizational skills, methodical and proactive.
**A strong portfolio**: clearly expressing skills, experience, and uniqueness as a designer.
**Working experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a nationally recognized company would be considered a plus.
**English language fluency**: both written and spoken English should be fluent to collaborate with international teams.




**Travel Availability**: open to short trips.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE
As part of our international team, you will work closely with the Head of Product Design and other Industrial Design team members to:
design physical products collaborating with the internal clients and stakeholders;
take responsibility for the entire process, from ideation to realization, paying attention to every design detail during development;
test and iterate designs based on user or client feedback;
ensure design consistency based on a Design Vision;
present projects and ideas to internal/external clients and involved partners.
