As we continue to grow and expand globally, we’re looking for a **Content SEO Team Lead** to lead SEO strategy for US Hostinger Tutorials by empowering a team of Content SEO Specialists. If you’re passionate about SEO, excel at leading teams, setting high standards, and driving content performance, we want to hear from you! **Your role at Hostinger** **Curious to learn more?** Connect with your team: Head of Content, Vakarė Simanaitytė **What you will do**: - Lead a team of Content SEO Specialists providing regular coaching, feedback, performance evaluations, and growth opportunities.
- Plan SEO initiatives for US locale including planning new content, audit, and optimization of existing content.
- Identify key content opportunities using performance data and competitor analysis to shape the SEO strategy.
- Oversee implementation of SEO best practices on Hostinger Tutorials through brief production and post-publishing.
- Collaborate with content strategist, writers, editors, content localization, and other marketing teams to align content strategies with broader company goals.
- Stay up to date with trends in content marketing, SEO, and the web hosting industry to inform your decisions. **What we expect**: - Proven track record in content SEO driving measurable growth in traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- 5+ years of experience in content SEO team lead or a similar role, ideally within a tech-focused or SaaS company.
- Experience in hiring, shaping,
and leading a team of highly skilled professionals.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Have strong decision making skills, ownership and can challenge your stakeholders.
- Expertise in SEO best practices and semantic SEO, with hands-on experience optimizing content and utilizing tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
