- The Dealer Technology Enablement Lead will be responsible for developing a common back-end architecture that integrates customer and dealer data to enable new business models. This role requiered the collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow, enhancing the overall efficiency of dealer operations, and improving customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**
- Design and prioritize business use cases that drive value for dealers and customers. Develop solutions that address these use cases and enhance overall business performance.




- Design and Develop Dealer Digital Journey Work with IT function to develop a scalable and robust back-end architecture that consolidates customer and dealer data, ensuring seamless integration and data flow across systems.
- Collaborate with Internal IT Teams: Partner with internal IT teams to ensure that the back-end architecture aligns with the company’s overall IT strategy. Work closely with IT to implement and maintain the architecture.
- Partnership with Vendors: Establish and manage partnerships with external vendors to leverage their expertise and technology solutions. Ensure that vendor solutions integrate seamlessly with the company’s systems and meet business requirements. **Experience Required** This role requires strategic vision, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, financial acumen and a focus on both short
- and long-term Digital Transformation journey. This role can interact with the leadership team of the AG Segment and IT/Digital Enterprise leadership.
- 10+ years of Designing Digital transformation initiatives
- Business acumen in UX design, digital engagements, distribution
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, high degree of expertise in developing presentations and in persuasive business writing.
- Exceptional program and project management skills and ability to lead simultaneous multiple projects.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments. **Preferred Qualifications**
