We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented sales professional to join our team. Sales experience, while a plus, is not required. You must be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients. **Responsibilities**:
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day. **Requirements**:
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams Ability to multi-task Ability to effectively present our products to potential clients.
