- RINA is currently recruiting for an **Innovation & Strategic Partnerships' Program Intern** to join its office in **Genoa** (Italy) within the Global Innovation Division. **Mission** As an intern, you will help ensure the company's competitiveness by supporting business development, partnerships, and venture capital activities aligned with organizational goals. The team will focuses on identifying and leveraging **new revenue opportunities**, supporting **strategic cooperation agreements**, and **fostering innovation** through partnerships and investments. **Key Accountabilities**
- Supporting the team in managing** innovative ideas**, analyzing concepts, profiling and characterizing opportunities.
- Preparing and updating** internal reports**and** presentations** related to new partnerships and venture capital initiatives development process.
- Providing operational and administrative support to the team by **managing the project pipeline** using designated IT systems.
- Facilitating smooth operations through **collaboration**with other internal departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to** coordinate business development opportunities.**: - Supporting** NDA processes** and understand** MoU drafting.**: - Participating in internal and external calls to **monitor progress** and **support the execution** of projects and cooperation strategies.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Engineering General- Master’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management or Management Engineering**Qualifications**




- Fluent English and Italian (both written and spoken);
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package, in particular Power Point, Excel, DevOps
- Ability to analyse and synthesise **Competencies**
