Job Responsibilities:
1.Supervise and guide team membersinmanualparcelsorting andscanning, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of daily processing targets. 2.Organizeandcoordinate the daily operations of the distribution center, optimizing shift schedules and task allocation to improve overall operational efficiency. 3.Assist in managing on-site logistics operations and coordinate transfer batch arrangements to ensure smooth transitions between processes. Coordinate and manage DSP pickups and daily linehaul transportation vehicle scheduling. 4. Proactively identify and analyze operational issues (e.g., inventory discrepancies, delays), develop solutions to reduce risks and operational costs. 5.Regularly report team performance and operational metrics to upper management and promote continuous improvement initiatives. 6. Maintaineffective communication with other departments, external contractors, and partners to ensure operational processes align with business goals and standards. 7. Assist in training and mentoring new employees, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.



Job Requirements:
1.Minimum2yearsofexperiencein logistics field; team-leading or supervisory experience is preferred. 2.Familiar with warehouse operation processes, with basic data analysis skills (e.g., Excel or WMS systems). 3. Strongcommunication and coordination skills, with the ability to drive team collaboration and goal achievement. 4. Capableofworkingin a high-intensity, fast-paced environment with the ability to solve unexpected issues. 5. Proficiency in Italian is preferred; basic communication skills in English are a plus. 6.Mustbeavailable to workonsite 5 daysper week,with flexibility to work overtime or shifts based on operational needs Pay: €2,000.00 - €2,300.00 per month Application Question(s): - Are you authorised legally to work in Italy without employer's visa sponsorship?
