We're currently looking for a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team and provide exceptional technical support across hardware, software, and enterprise systems. **Key Responsibilities**: - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Manage user accounts and access using Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Deploy and manage devices through Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Provide support and incident resolution through ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support mobile devices (MDM) and laptops.
- Perform new employee onboarding,



including equipment provisioning and account setup.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain an accurate knowledge base. **Qualifications**: - 1-3 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience resolving issues related to MDM, laptops, desktops, printers, and network connectivity.
- Familiarity with Office 365, Windows 10/11, and remote desktop tools.
- Ability to manage and troubleshoot software like antivirus, VPNs, and productivity tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- CompTIA A+ or similar certifications (preferred but not required). **Why Join Us?**
