We are seeking a PLM Solution Consultant to join our international South East pre-sales team based in Milan. This role will focus on enabling our partners to effectively deliver and implement PLM solutions and our 3DEXPERIENCE platform. **Role & Responsibilities**: - Conduct in-depth analysis of customers’ requirements and workflows to support their business transformation through process re-engineering
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals, and translate these insights into effective PLM solutions
- Understand how our products meet business needs, helping to increase deal size, accelerate deal closure, and ensure successful go-live
- Lead and participate in workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of PLM solutions
- Work with internal teams to enhance PLM offerings by providing feedback and insights for product development and improvement. **Qualification**: - Degree in Engineering; a Master's in Mechanical Engineering is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar pre-sales or technical sales role in IT companies
- Knowledge of PLM/PDM systems; experience with CAD tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel strategies




- Ability to provide guidance and support for partners’ PLM implementation projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and management
- Strong team spirit and collaboration skills
- Fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory
