Located in the heart of Chianti, in Bagno a Ripoli, just 25 minutes from Florence city center, our Villa Medicea is a historic gem that hosts unforgettable events — especially weddings — and offers elegant suites, private villas, and produces outstanding wines and olive oil. We are looking for a professional who: - Has **at least 2 years of experience** in event coordination, preferably in luxury hospitality or event venues.
- Speaks **excellent English and Italian**.
- Is organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
- Is dynamic, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Has their own means of transportation to reach our estate. **Role Overview**:
The Sales & Events Coordinator supports the Sales & Events Department throughout the sales, planning and operational phases of events. The role mainly focuses on social events (especially weddings), but also includes incentives, corporate functions and group events,



always ensuring the estate’s quality standards are met. **Main responsibilities**: - Requesting quotations and managing bookings.
- Assisting with site inspections and client visits.
- Managing event documentation and agendas.
- Supporting event planning and providing on-site operational coordination during events.
- Answering phone calls and managing administrative tasks.
