This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading and growing company in the machinery sector, based in Verona **Responsibilities**
- Market analysis, supplier scouting, and supplier evaluations, including on-site visits and business trips - Managing contract negotiations and framework agreements with a cost-saving approach and identifying alternative purchasing solutions
- Organizing weekly and monthly purchasing plans
- Managing the resources within the purchasing and procurement department to ensure the proper logístical flow of inbound materials, in line with budgeted costs and production plan requirements
- Overseeing monthly inventory management for product categories
- Collaborating with the quality department to align on purchasing specifications,



and with the production manager to review actual sales budgets and adjust forecasting plans accordingly
- Actively pursuing continuous improvement initiatives, both in terms of cost efficiency and in sourcing higher-quality suppliers **Your Profile**
- Degree in technical or business-related field, with 8-10 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager in industrial companies operating in the machinery or plant engineering sectors
- Strong proficiency in using key enterprise MRP systems
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time Work Location: Verona
