**Poste et missions**:** Key Responsibilities**: - **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and strategic objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge to expand the client base.
- **Strategic Advisory**: Collaborate with clients to provide strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and other financial transactions, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams within the bank, including investment banking, capital markets, global market and risk management, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can enhance the bank’s corporate coverage strategy.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and lead junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the corporate coverage team.
- **Reporting and Compliance**:



Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Prepare regular reports for senior management on client engagement and performance metrics. **Profil et compétences requises**: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or a related field, with a focus on corporate coverage.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and financial products. Highly appreciated expertise in infrastructure space.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
