We are seeking a **Finance Business Partner**for an important client company in the pet food sector. Location**:Milan, Lombardy; hybrid work arrangement** The Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role in providing support to the Business by offering decision-making and strategic support to all company departments. Objective: Provide visibility into financial performance to achieve business goals, contributing to operational efficiency and process innovation. **Responsibilities**: - Support the entire S&OP;+ process, working closely with the S&OP;+ leader to ensure effective discussions and informed decisions.
- Conduct in-depth performance analyses (against plans, forecasts, and historical trends), identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario simulation and P&L; forecasting, considering market dynamics.
- Collaborate with various company functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics) to understand business drivers and consolidate financial information.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management and stakeholders, clearly communicating financial performance and recommendations.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and automate reporting.
- Ensure adherence to budgets and company policies, managing any variances.
- Develop and present Business Cases for new project analysis. **Required Skills**: - Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in roles such as Finance Business Partner or Business Controller.
- Strong experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent understanding of business processes and proven ability to manage P&L; and cost optimization.




- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work well within a team.
