Hyatt Regency Rome Central is seeking a motivated Reservation Agent to join our pre-opening team. The role will report to the Reservation Manager. Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a newly renovated contemporary 5 star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italy’s most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences. The hotel is also featuring a SPA, 5 food & beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues. **Main duties and responsibilities**:
Enter and update bookings accurately in the hotel reservation system (PMS/CRS) Ensure all guest information and preferences are correctly recorded and communicated to the relevant departments Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, providing information about the hotel, room types, services, and special offers Maintain accurate records of cancellations, amendments, and no-shows Upsell rooms and services when appropriate to maximize revenue Collaborate with Front Office, Sales,



and Revenue teams to ensure a seamless guest experience Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality **Skills and requirements**:
Previous experience in a reservations or front office role within the hospitality industry Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (Opera Cloud) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work under pressure A proactive and guest-oriented mindset **What we offer**
