We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Testing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechatronics or Automation Engineering or similar and brings at least 3 years of experience in product quality or testing within the pharmaceutical or industrial machinery sector. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Testing Plan for each project in collaboration with Quality and Validation departments. Design and implement test protocols for the full product range, including R&D; prototypes. Draft product test instructions and objectives (worksheets) for all testing and validation phases. Participate in cross-functional risk analysis meetings to adapt Testing Plans to functional and safety-critical issues. Collect test evidence, compile performance data,



and provide input for product Technical Descriptions and user manuals. Provide feedback and improvement proposals to technical departments based on testing outcomes. Monitor and report on role-specific KPIs. Tasks: Define and document Testing Plans aligned with project requirements and standards. Prepare and verify test protocols ensuring compliance with functional and safety specifications. Collaborate with engineering and validation teams to ensure effective test coverage. Ensure proper documentation and traceability of test results. Required Qualifications: Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Automation Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in product quality or testing within the pharmaceutical or machinery manufacturing sectors.
