Responding to Trading Inquiries - You will provide exceptional customer service and hands-on assistance especially to clients who are beginners in the Forex market. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week job where you will be hired as a freelancer/contractor. About You:
Experience in Forex Trading - You must have recent and first-hand Forex trading experience to effectively respond to trading-related queries. Customer Service Expertise - You must be experienced in customer service to provide a positive experience to clients. BPO background is a huge plus. English and Italian Fluency - You must be able to converse in fluent English and Italian. People Skills - You must be compassionate, helpful and professional. About Us:
