Our **Restructuring services** team assists clients in debt and industrial restructuring with financial advisory and/or support services to help them prepare business plans that stabilise the business and usher in sustainable change. Our consultants are involved in debt restructuring, distressed M&As; and lender advisory activities for multinationals, family-run enterprises, private equity funds and financial institutions. As a member of this team, known for the quality and scope of its projects, your talent will be put to full use, enabling you to work with leading Italian and international clients: in 2022, for the third time in four years, our team received the Finance Community Award for Italian “Restructuring Team of the Year” in recognition of its professional excellence and the type of projects implemented. We are recruiting recent and near graduates for our **Milan**office who are ready to challenge themselves in a demanding and stimulating environment. Specifically, you will be tasked with: - analysing the financial performance of target companies to identify the actual financial situation of an enterprise;




- financial modelling and business planning;
- independent business reviews of business plans;
- Commercial and Operational Due Diligence;
- Cost Cutting analysis and Organizational Improvement. **_ Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics _** This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: - specialist degree in business with a focus on finance/AFC and/or engineering management (for finance);
- excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
