SPEA S.p.A., a world leader in the design and implementation of testing systems for microchips and electronic boards, for the expansion of its Research and Development Department is looking for a **Project Manager.** **_
Responsibilities:_** 1. Project Management
- The Project Manager will have the organizational responsibility for a SPEA product or functional unit.
- The role involves overseeing the project from the commercial negotiation and technical feasibility phases through to installation at the final customer site, including the design, development, and manufacturing stages.
- The PM will work closely with R&D;, Sales and Commercial teams, Production, and Customer Support. 2. Process Improvement **_
Activities:_**
- Analysis and mapping of the current "as-is" processes
- Conceptual design of improvement actions
- Implementation
- Monitoring and controlling the achieved results **_
Requirements:_**




- Degree in Management Engineering (preferred)
- Valuable experience in electronics or automation
- Willingness to take full organizational responsibility for a project and ensure its successful completion
- Availability to work alongside the technical team to quickly learn the features of SPEA machines and acquire the necessary skills for the role
- Ability to analyze complex situations and break them down into more manageable components
- Determination to gradually take on a leading role within the organization
- Ability to convey the right approach and mindset to all team members
