- Access to our Employee Assistance Programme to support a healthy lifestyle **What you’ll do**: - Shape and lead Aggreko’s global mobility strategy, policies, and operations, ensuring alignment with our core business objectives.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse global mobility team, promoting operational excellence and a positive colleague experience.
- Develop and execute our global mobility transformation strategy, including best-in-class systems.
- Lead the global mobility function through periods of transformation and change, ensuring teams are engaged, informed, and supported.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the People team, business leaders, and colleagues on all mobility matters.
- Design and implement policies for expatriation, repatriation, short & long-term assignments, permanent transfers, remote working, and international commuting.




- Oversee comprehensive mobility processes, including immigration, tax, relocation, and assignment planning.
- Provide regular reports to leaders, using data-driven insights to influence improvements and decision-making. **You’ll have the following skills and experience**: - Extensive experience in global mobility service design and delivery, within complex, multinational organisations.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing, diverse teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through transformation and managing change effectively.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present clear recommendations to senior management.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to connect mobility strategy to broader business priorities.
- High cultural intelligence and experience working with multinational teams.
