Its celebrated restaurant, DaV Mare, embodies all the pleasures of piazzetta living through refined cuisine, curated in partnership with the 3-Michelin-star Cerea family. We are looking for a Demi chef de partie pastry for the season 2025 to join our Kitchen team. **Main duties & responsibilities**:
The Demi Chef de Partie pastry will: - Meal preparation: cooking and preparing food for each service.
- Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen.
- Controls incoming goods and stores them in perfect conditions.
- Monitors portion and waste control.
- Performs all duties assigned by the Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef **Requirements**:
**Competencies required**: - Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipments and raw materials processing techniques
- At least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment
- Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally **Other requirements**: - Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability
- Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player
- Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues
- Global perspective:

- Start date: July 2025 to End date: January 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido Mare and a career path.
- Monthly gross salary around € 1.900 separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR
