We are currently seeking a NPDI Project Manager to join our dynamic team in
Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy

The Project Manager will be part of the EMEA PMO team, based in the EMEA region,
and will be responsible for managing both global projects and projects focused
on the EMEA region within the Thermal Management business.

The Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the management of
projects related to the development of new products, the customization of
existing products based on specific customer requirements (Engineered to Order),
and the transfer of products between regions,



from project inception through
product launch. The role coordinates the efforts of all involved functions,
including Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing Engineering,
Operations, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Service, Marketing, Sales, and
other cross-functional teams, to ensure the successful completion of projects.

The Project Manager has no direct reports but is responsible for leading and
influencing cross-functional teams and managing people indirectly. The Project
Manager is accountable for project scope, schedule, and budget, while also
driving the team to achieve product cost and Time to Market objectives.

The projects managed may span multiple manufacturing plants and different
regions around the world, requiring close coordination across international
teams and time zones.
